I want to return an item

The

return process works as follows:

1.
Click the [Request a Return] button for the item to be returned on the My Page (Order History) of The Hanseom.com 2.
Enter the reason for return, return quantity, and product collection location information 3.
Check the details of the return shipping fee and the estimated refund details (if the customer is responsible, the return fee is 6,000 won) 4. The product you wish to return is packed in a box and handed over to the courier within 3 days on weekdays (when the item is received, it will be collected by the courier)

※ You can only apply for a return within 7 days after delivery of the product is completed, and subsequent return requests can be processed through deliberation.
※ The return shipping fee is 6,000 won (when ordering, 3,000 won when paying the shipping fee), and a [free return coupon] can be used.
※ Refunds will be processed within 3 days on weekdays after confirmation of receipt of the product at Hanseom Logistics Center. (Varies by credit card company)
