How long can I cancel my order?

Buyers can make a “cancellation request” to the seller through an app or bot when the order is “paid” or “ready for delivery.”

The seller must complete the “Cancellation Complete” or “Cancellation Rejected” process for orders that have been “cancelled” within 2 business days. Penalties may be granted if processing is delayed
