I keep getting errors when paying with a credit card, what should I do?

If an error occurs when paying with a credit card, check the reasons below and resolve it.

1.

Password entry error: If the password is incorrect 3 or more times, call the credit card company or process a visit

2.

Expiration date entry error: Make sure the expiration date is not entered in reverse month/year.

3. At the time of payment, if the card used to pay exceeds the monthly usage limit, an error message will be displayed. In this case, please use a different card to repay.
Additionally, reauthorization/limit restoration/refund of the initial payment will be processed 5 to 7 business days after the repayment is completed.
4. The cancelled card's Secure Payment (ISP) service details continue to appear and payment is not possible.


- Find ※.vcard in “Find a file or folder” in the startup search.

- Delete all files found in search results.
