Standard shipping rates

The following fee schedule applies to products ordered through Doorstep Delivery Channels starting June 1, 2023.

* Starting April 19, 2023, shipping costs for buyers will be adjusted from $1.50 to $1.75.

Note: ZenKo Commerce's “S” weight class shipping rates correspond to weight classes 1 to 5 KG on the price list.

For all orders placed before June 1, 2023, shipping costs will follow the current rate schedule.

Standardized shipping rates apply to the following logistics partners and their respective parcel size requirements:

### SPX Express

- For pickup parcels, the maximum package size (L+W+H) must not exceed 300 cm, and the maximum length on one side must not exceed 150 cm.

- For drop-off parcels, the maximum package size (L+W+H) must not exceed 80 cm and the maximum package weight must not exceed 5 kg.

### J&T Express - The maximum parcel size (L+W+H) does not exceed 300 cm, and the maximum length on one side must not exceed 150 cm.

### SpeedPost Standard (SingPost)
- The maximum parcel size (L+W+H) does not exceed 300 cm, and the maximum length on one side must not exceed 150 cm.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

### Zenko Commerce (Home Delivery)

* Starting April 19, 2023, shipping costs for buyers will be adjusted from $1.50 to $1.75.
- For pickup parcels, the maximum package size (L+W+H) must not exceed 300 cm, the maximum package weight must not exceed 5 kg, and the maximum length of one side must not exceed 150 cm.
- For drop-off parcels, the maximum package size (L+W+H) must not exceed 80 cm and the maximum package weight must not exceed 5 kg.

- Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the package (the higher side).

### Zenko Commerce (Collection at Ninja Points) The following fee schedule applies to products ordered with Ninja Van (Collection) starting June 1, 2023.

For all orders placed before June 1, 2023, shipping costs will follow the current rate schedule.

### SPX Express (Self-Collection) The following fee schedule applies to products ordered with SPX Express (Self-Collection) ^ starting June 1, 2023.

* Starting April 19, 2023, shipping costs for buyers will be adjusted from $0.50 to $0.

- The maximum parcel size (L+W+H) does not exceed 80 cm, and the maximum package weight must not exceed 2 kg.

For all orders placed before June 1, 2023, shipping costs will follow the current rate schedule.

* Starting April 19, 2023, shipping costs for buyers will be adjusted from $0.50 to $0.

^SPX Express Self-Collection is only available to selected merchants.

### uParcel The following fee schedule applies to products ordered with uParcel* starting June 1, 2023.

For all orders placed before June 1, 2023, shipping costs will follow the current rate schedule.

*uParcel is only available to selected merchants.

- The maximum parcel size (L+W+H) must not exceed 180 cm.
