The birthday coupon was not issued

Birthday coupons are issued 14 days before their birthday to Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier customers and can be used for 30 days after issuance.

Birthday coupons are not issued to members and simple members who were dormant at the time the birthday coupon was issued.

If a birthday coupon is not issued due to reasons other than the above, please contact us through KakaTalk consultation/ 1:1 inquiry/customer center (☎ 1644-4490, 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays/closed on weekends and holidays) and we will process it after confirmation.
