If a case of damage occurs, please let us know the damage situation through KakaTalk consultation/ 1:1 inquiry/customer center call (☎ 1644-4490, 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays/closed on weekends and holidays), and we will do our best to resolve the problem, such as identifying the thief after understanding the situation.
If there is a dispute regarding personal information, a personal information complaint can be filed with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee of the Personal Information Protection Agency (KISA), which is the secondary complaint handling agency.
